Homemade Remedies For Blackheads And Whiteheads

Today we’ll be talking about homemade remedies for blackheads and whiteheads. Blackheads are common and they appear on the skin often, especially on our noses and we just want to get rid of them!. What causes blackheads to appear? They begin to form when your pores are clogged with dead skin cells and sebum. As the pores are open, they are in contact with oxygen which causes them to become black. There are actually no medicines around that can remove blackheads overnight otherwise we would have been using that all the time! To get rid of blackheads you would have to extract them or go to parlors for regular blackhead removal facials. 1) The egg white mask:

This is one of the easiest homemade remedies for blackheads and whiteheads. An egg white mask will tighten up your pores which means that that less and less dead skin cells and sebum will be going into your pores therefore reducing chances of you getting blackheads in the future. For this mask, all you have to do is separate the egg whites. Apply these egg whites in layers on your face but for it to work you must let each layer dry before the next layer goes on top.

2) Apply lemon juice:

Lemon juice will help you get rid of your blackheads as it will make your pores tighter, meaning, less and less blackheads with time. For this you will simply need a cotton ball and lemon juice. When you have cleansed your face apply lemon juice on a cotton ball where you have blackheads and sleep on it. Wash it off in the morning. 3) Honey and milk pore strips:

These two together make a deadly combination for a homemade remedies for blackheads and whiteheads when used 2 times a week. Mix one teaspoon of honey and milk together  and heat it up in the microwave or not more than 10 seconds. Apply this mixture over your blackheads and place a cotton strip on it. Leave it on for about 15 minutes and peel of the strip carefully and rinse the area.

 

4) Honey and cinnamon:

Honey has antibacterial properties which will keep bacteria away and also help pull out anything that is in your pores. Mix honey and  cinnamon until you have a good enough paste which is not runny. Apply this on your blackheads and place a cotton strip on top. Wait for about 5 minutes before you peel this off and then rinse your face.

 

5) Baking soda and water:

Baking soda has tiny particles in it that help exfoliate out the blackheads and anything else stuck in the pores. Mix enough water with baking soda to make a slightly thick paste. Massage this paste around your nose for a while and then rinse it off very well. Make sure you moisturize after rinsing because the pH levels in the baking soda can cause your skin to dry out. 6) Oatmeal:

This is also one of the great homemade remedies for blackheads and whiteheads. Mix some oatmeal with rosewater to make a thick paste. Leave this on for half an hour and while removing, start massaging so the blackheads can get out of those pores.

 

7) Sugar and olive oil:

This scrub is the easiest homemade remedies for blackheads and whiteheads. Mix sugar with some olive oil and keep rubbing on to your affected area. Continuously rub in circular motion and you will get better results. Try this atleast two times a day to see even better results.
