We have some tips on how you can improve on your self esteem. 1. Shut your inner critic who does not let you build up your confidence Shut down all the doors for your inner critic to make you feel small. You are in this world for a purpose and don’t forget that every single person has something unique, find it. Don’t listen to what everyone says. It’s up to you to give a shut up call to everyone. Know Your Worth, Respect Your Self Esteem!! 2. Use positive and healthy motivational habits Stay Motivated no matter what. Look around you. Everything is doing something and is fulfilling its purpose of existence so why can’t you? And you’re in this world to be awesome. You contribute to this world.
